Madhavan lost the excess weight he gained for his directing debut, “Rocketry: The Nambi Effect,” in just 21 days without doing any strenuous exercise or jogging. The actor, 54, urged people to eat mindfully, saying, “Drink your food and chew your water.”
The actor talks about his amazing transformation and says that intermittent fasting helped him achieve it. In addition, he stated that he lost the additional weight in three weeks.
“I only ate food that was good for my body. No exercise, No running, No surgery. No medication. Nothing,” Madhavan tells the interviewer while discussing his weight loss journey.
Madhavan’s regime included having his last meal by 6:45 pm, consisting solely of cooked food, as he avoids anything raw after 3 pm. He also highlighted the benefits of early morning long walks, early nights with deep sleep, and no screen time at least 90 minutes before bed. His diet was rich in fluids and green vegetables, focusing on easily metabolized and healthy foods while strictly avoiding anything processed.
